Hi Folks

this problem begining to piXX me off big style now.  On the run to work, 30 minutes or so, depinding on volume i'm listening at, you can pretty much guarantee the CD Player will turn itself off, then back on a few minutes later, at least once in the journey.
I can make it turn itself off by simply upping volume/bass to an enjoyable level.
Hacks me off as everytime it offs itself, i'm back to track 1.  Think i lose all my tuner channels also.
CD/Tuner about 18 months old.

Wiring was doddle, just square block attached to stereo.

Help please //////??????????????????????

i had the same problem with my sony headunit. When the B-Line was crancked up the sterio switched off like a mutherf**ker

I checked the wires and it turned out to be the square connector at the back of the unit. A trip down to halfrauds sorted that.

then what you do is get a refund and give your sh!tty connector to them

try removing the headunit and running it for half hour not in the dash. you should be able to check if it's getting hot then. I wouldn't of thought it'd get so hot it'd shut off though.
