Just did the same to mine last week. Really easy actually. Take your door cards off by removing the outer bit of the grab handle, and removing the 2 screws. Take off the card by levering something in the side (being carefull with the paintwork) and pop off the retaining clips all around. Unplug elec window switch, elec mirror switch, and speaker. Once removed, you will be able to see exactly how it needs to be done. Take off the catch release cable thingy and then you just pull the handle towards you, which lines up the flat edge on the pivot, and just pull out. Have a look on the new ones to see what I mean about where they pivot. Fitting as they say, is the reverse. Hope this sort of helps!
