RNS 510 and MFSW

Question guys..... I have the RNS 510 unit and the MFSW and the mute and volume buttons work fine (dont know about phone as its not set up for phone) however the next track button doesnt seem to work (little forward or backward arrow) should this work and is it a case of simply re-programming?

My guess is it needs activation in the cars setup,  find a local motor enginner / diagnostics who have VAG com and im sure they will help you

Do you have highline as well?

From what I gather, the highline menu has to show the audio bit for the buttons to work as track skips. The buttons are essentially context-sensitive.

yeah got the highline never noticed the track names... though i usually have either sat nav running on it or miles to go till fill up.....

i'll have a little play....
