Hey guys - UPDATE !!!
Just got it back from the garage today, here is what he did - but I dont know if its solved the issue just yet or not [will need some testing].
Reset Carb Adjustments
Refitted Rotor Arm [whats that ?]
Replaced various air hoses
Replaced alternator belt [since the old one had a bite taken out of it]
And finally replaced dip stick cover - cuz i broke the last one.

If its solved it I'd be happy, prolly got overcharged a little but I NEVER mind if the work is done properly and he seems to do a good job so I recon its worth it.
Im praying it did the job.
Now the timing needs fixing up and possibly the hydrolic tappets, and sunroof.
