Ash tray - Slide the lid back, pull the liner out, you'll see a small screw in the bottom. Take the screw out, and rock the tray off the carrier and pull the whole thing out (this is where you have to unplug the cigar lighter) Seperating the lid is a bit of a c*nt but its on sliding clips, you'll get it eventually.

Passenger door pull - _Carefully_ prise the trim insert out of the middle to reveal the holding screws.

Cup holder - This one can be tricky, first off.. make sure you have the revision B cupholder, or your new trim wont fit at all. Difficult to describe the difference between the two, but basically a rev. B holder will eject all the way out when you push the top in, a rev. A holder needs to be pulled out.  You can get the rev. B cassette from the dealership for about 30 bar.
If you already have the rev. B cassette, then you will see two silver clips, one at each end, the trim snaps out and slides off these clips, fitting is the reverse.. slide on and snap in.

Hope that helps, and you just reminded me I still haven't fitted my door triggers yet :undecided:

I have managed to get the ash try out and the lid off, But the lid is in two parts and i am having trouble removing the slider from the wood effect cover. Regarding the passenger door handle, The trim insert does not come off. Any more suggestions. This is beginning to wreck my head.

Definitely seperates in some way .. find a join line and stick a screwdriver in to pull it apart ... i remember i left a few marks on my old one when i removed it.

edit: just been out to have a look, the whole face of the door pull comes away from its base, and its a tight fit.
