I use F1s and always have this is my first set of asymetrics though, they are not the best in the winter but the best in the wet and good weather IMO, saying that they dont make me sh1t myself in the winter either.

If you dont get the F1s, conti contacts are very good too and i sometimes buy them if i can get them for a good price.

5k from a set of PS2s - I'm guessing that's not even swapping front to back ? I'm not a penny pincher but I'd hope to see 10k from a pair.

anyhow you lot never heard of the 'italian tune up' - i would highly recommend it with the known issue of carbon deposit build up on the tfsi
