« on: 02 April 2010, 19:45 »
hi guys ive put the 280 conversion on my golf today using callipers and carriers and found the standard pads dont fit properly theyr the rite pattern but the tabs seem a little short on the sides, went to the motorfactors i use and we went through both mintex books and couldnt find any, does anyone have any ideas of the part numbers for the proper pads, cheers G

pads to suit either 280mm g60 or ibiza 2.0 16v (around 97ish) setup

I don't think a semi will give the same results

i used 280 carriers and std callipers. HAd to gring slide pins down and use std pads
for the 256mm brakes (16mm thick)

very tight to fit but all ok now
