Who actually got the proper VW GTI mats? The manual says you're supposed to get them as standard, but I think most owners here have plain mats.

I'd be keen a pic. I've seen aftermarket ones and they were a little OTT imo

Mk6 Golf GTI 5dr, DBP, Monza Shadow, Xenons, ACC, RCD510, Park Assist, Camera, Lux pack.... and now bluetooth.... and now DSG!

It's a shame it's never the other way arround in that you don't spec a lux pack but get it... for free!

At least it's nothing like ACC missing or somthing like that. Does make you think thought ..... I'll call my dealer tomorrow just to double check he's got all my options!

I challenge my dealer with the price list I got from July when I ordered my car. They said all UK car gets the black one from september. As a goodwill gesture, they will order one for me!
I now got 2 sets of mats---one for wet weather and one for dry!
I am not sure whether I should name the dealer here. The sales manager and the sales executive had been very good sorting this saga out! Adding everything up= More than £1000 off a in-demand car+very generous partexhange!

PS. I am glad I bought the Fiscon. It work perfectly with the multifunction steering wheel and the sound quality is excellent!

I think you should as all too often dealers are on the wrong end of abuse from us (they deserve it though lol) but equally praise should be recognised for doing something right
