Engine Full of petrol need help.

Cambelt slipping badly and pistons hitting valves?........shouldn't happen on an 8v though

i've no idea whats wrong with it, and i dont have the time or money to dig deeper into it, i'll strip it once its out and see. i tried to bump it when it was hydrolocked with fuel by pushing it with my mrs in the car, i reckon that killed it, although i was doing about 5mph and the engine didnt turn, it just slipped the clutch.
