I wouldn't get hung up on measurements to be honest. Set them to what looks good.

they turned up today and i have gota say they look really good for the £££ just hope they go on easy. also do they come set at a hight or do u have to just keep adjustin them .... if you do wots the best way to get the hight rite. was hopein for about 50mm back and 40mm front ... wot are you running them on

Mine are just over half way down on mine. I'm running 215/45/17 tyres and the arch is just above the tyre. Unsure how much this is though.

Mine was this high, but i've not had the front taken up a touch as the undertray was scraping on speedbumps, scrubbing on uneven roads and parking on the curb

wot problem did u have with the fitment??

well the problem i had was trying to get the shock into the hub. i had these on a mk2 and there ok from what i remember
