Erm, no.  At BMW back in the day, we used to get recoveries in which had run out of fuel because they're 'computer' said they had 16 miles left. :rolleyes:

I know.................................................... Just use your fuel guage! :rolleyes:

TBH, mate, you don't want be running on the dregs of the tank - All the crap from the bottom of the tank gets sucked up!

Have you tried the mileage trip instead each time you fill up to see how many miles you get from the tank?

p.s.  When the petrol light comes on, there is 7 litres of fuel left. ;)

that was the only way i could tell how much fuel was in my old beemer as the petrol gauge didnt work
