the syncro gets seems to respond best to 35-36 psi in the frounts.    rears  havent quite decided on yet atm they are 35 as well  but  there is a more grip with less  tho

Thanks for the help chaps, I think form the info offered I'm going to run 32 all round for a bit and maybe put 34 in the fronts to see what difference it makes to the steering.
