quite a while, not as quick as i imagine it would, even when warm it takes a good 5secs to drop down to 900rpm 
dont forget the 30 sec waiting after the TB clean is for dbw cars as it needs to realign the TB....AGU is different!! also tickover after sec airpump has switched of is 760rpm
