New tyres - Pulling to the right

Swap tyres around i.e. right to left and check the car still pulls in the same direction. If it does then tracking, if it pulls to opposite side then IMHO it's a tyre problem.

Have you checked they have put the tyres on with the treads in the correct direction? I.e. They haven't put the tyres on backwards... They shouldn't have but.. you never know

I did check that.  I'm going to see if I can recreate the problem, it happened on a narrow little road I've never been on before so its possible that that was to blame.  Though It was the only place I had the foot to the floor in second, I did accelerate rapidly in other gears with no issues so I really need to rule the road conditions out first.
