If I worked for VW I would love to look into their dealer qa programme! I would put my money on each dealer being audited annually to ensure compliance to a whole host of criteria, however whether these audit reports dissolve into subjective politically watered-down observations rather than the findings enforced as part of an objective quality improvement programme is another matter. You can imagine the crappy politics involved where vw management turn another blind eye to Dealer indiscretions
