I might have a big problem with my car

I have standard shox on my rear(i think) they are a year old. It feels absolutely solid and was one of the first things i noticed when i bought the car. So maybe they arent standard, not sure just they feel solid. I have powerflex bushes on the axle, but they were replaced by me to stop the dredded slamming issue
