Which headunit adaptor?

If I want to install a headunit using an adaptor for the wires instead of wiring it myself, would one of these be correct for the mk5? I don't have a multifucntion steering wheel or any other external stuff to control a headunit.

Last time I wired it myself but it was a pain and pretty slow and I don't feel like doing it again  .

If you dont want to do any wireing yourself then you need the CAN BUS as Steve pointed out. If not pop into any Car Audio shop and they will have a simple adaptor for about £10.

Yep this will provide the ISO connectors your aftermarket headunit will come fitted with  , the only thing to check is if this one includes the aerial adapter as well as the VW OEM headunits also use a different type of of aerial connector, if not then you will also need one of these: -
