You can get them from the likes of GSF, but I think most people complain about the GSF ones and end up buying the VW ones.

vw blue temp sensor is about £15, not sure on the black sensor (water temp sensor for the dash gauge)

idle valves (ISV) will be expensive iirc, better to grab a couple from down the scrappy.

Unlikely - they'll order them normally for next day delivery.

the blue one get from vw, the black one is very expensive though, id get it from a breaker.  the actual plugs you should be able to get from vw too, they'll supply with a length of wire to splice in.
