Turbo oil feed
« on: 23 May 2008, 01:39 »
Hi, im still faffing about with my AEX 1.4L engine trying to get a turbocharger system setup for it.

I helped a freind do this a while back with used parts for a laugh and it was a success! but i want to do it properly and turbo my 1.4  it will do untill i get a new engine sorted,  its purly for the experemental side not the power before you all tell me to get a VR6

Does any one know how you go about geting an oil feed for the turbo.  I know the dran can go back into the sump somehow but where can i get oil pressure from the engine?!?

Cheers

how about a sanwich plate for the oil filter and run a feed off there, through the turbo, then through a small oil cooler then back into the sandwich plate?
