Hall effect sensor/sender

Just wondering if anybody knows where I can get on of these from or has a link to get one. The timing on my mk3 8v is spot on so is the dizzy cap so all thats left to do is replace the hall effect sender/sensor and see if that cures the "limp mode"

Is this part of the dizzy or can it be changed?  I took my dizzy off but cant find a way to change the sensing unit.

I took mine out. You have to take the distributor out and take the c-clip out of the pinion/bottom housing. Then you can pull it through the top. It allows you to then undo the two screws holding in the hall sender unit.

However you are better off going to a scrappy and getting a whole distributor for £15 rather than buying just the sensor from VW for £44, I couldnt believe it!!!!!
