i had to use an open ended spanner with a bit of extra leverage (read short scaffolding pole) just to crack them off - tho ive no idea how ill torque them down again later :embarassed:

well got them off with a grinded down spanner in the end. but yeh stu i recon a thin walled socket will haveto be used to get them torque. i didnt even think about that..
