Jumped into the car this morning and turned on the ignition, stereo came on as usual. Managed to stall the car at the junction , turned off the ignition the restarted the car, only this time the stereo didnt come back on  .

Ive checked the fuse box and also the 10amp at the back of the head unit all are ok, it lights up when the sidelight/headlights are turned on. Any ideas

sorry had to ask 

pull the stereo out (need removal keys - couple of quid from Halfords or stealers) and check all the connections behind there

i take it no other electrics has been affected

na everything else is ok. lights on stereo all come on etc.

Its just come back on. Started in safe mode.

hmmm strange one then - could be a loose connection
