wheel bolt

  just got some 19's wheels is it ok to use the original wheel bolt or i need longer ones ...

id say so but wouldnt know 4 definet without seeing the wheels mate, u got any pics?

My 18" wheels came with slightly different bolts depends on the wheels as already said  :smiley:

you've gotta get the right fixing kit if there aftermarket wheels, if there genuine vw then that should b ok, but as i said before a pic would let me know 4 certain

  got them fitted earlier .. it seems good ,got roughyl about 9 turns out of it . will post some pic tommorrow ....

are they after market wheels then? id probs get some longer bolts mate 9 turns is not alot.

the hub dosent look to be that big, did they fit straight on or did u need rings or spacers? without a load of hassle of getting new bolts drive about 30 miles is what recommended and go back to the tyre garage and get them to re-torque them at 120nm then u can be sure they will be ok

they fit straight on didnt need rings or spacers ...... i already drove more than 30 miles it seems fine ...... might get longer wheel bolts to make sure tho
