Lights
« on: 24 August 2007, 18:55 »
A small question. When I press on the light switch once should I get both lights on or does the drivers side light only come on ie like a parking light.I have full beams and normal lights. The only reason is that it is law to have your lights on in bad conditions over here in Ireland. When I had the Corrado which had the same light switch as my new golf when I pressed it down once I had both lights.Just wondering????

yes you should have both side lights!! if you take keys out and leave lights off .if you put indicator on this will control parking lights

If your ignitions on both side lights should be on when you press the light switch once.

Press it two stages and your dipped headlights should be on.

If the ignitions off your on parking light control by the indicators.
