Seem's to be a common fault on most mk2's..I find on most if you just get hold of the door and give it a yank up it seem's to work. ::)..Not sure it will work on your's though.....Not with the drop you have....... :-\

its one of the four bolts that holds each of your wheels in place

your putting the stud in the hinge itself so it never touches the body or the door
