I've got to disagree on that one. If you want them to look good and last get them done properly. Make sure they are stripped back to a bare metal finish and are painted with powder coat, the thickness of paint and durability is not something you are going to be able to match yourself in a wet paint. I don't know of anyone in the Manchester area, and I'm a long way from you, but as a guide I'd only charge you ?20.50 a wheel for this on a 15" rim.
