Drivers door not unlocking / locking

As above, I unlock or lock the car, the drivers door seems to try to lock or unlock but doesn’t. Also the drivers wing mirror doesn’t unfold, the passengers does. The other 3 doors all unlock and lock.
To lock the car I’m using the key, to unlock I’m winding the windows down with the remote and using he internal door pull, any thoughts please?

I would probably say it is the door lock module located on the inside of the door.

Thanks, is that more of an ecu/controller or a motor which moves the lock?

Would this also have an impact on the mirror unfolding?

As it is affecting both door lock and mirror, it is more likely a controller fault rather than a motor.
