Thanks Don but

Anyway, it's an easy thing to check. Just log-into the Structure Borne Sound control module, then navigate to the only adaptation channel in this module and check if it's value is set to 0

Same way you turned it down/off, just check the setting you changed is still the same and not turned back up

I've coded it out, would be weird for it to reset itself!

This is the coding you need to do:
Address A9   5G0 907 159    channel IDE04472-Volume of structure-borne noise actuator   adapted from   100.0 %   to   0 %   Monday   2   April   2018   14:07:32:58731

I won't likely get to MK any time soon (or at all anymore) as I'm soon moving to Germany.

Thanks.

Hopefully I'll find someone else around MK, or invest in a OBD11 which might save future hassle.

Finally bought an OBD and have made various adjustments. A few via free credits and some with the Pro key via the 'adaptions' options.

One that's stumped me, and instructions on the Pro board are inadequate: to alter the 'puddle lights' (ambiant lighting) I found:

 The following coding applies:

    Select STG 52 (Beifahr Türelektr..)
STG long coding -> function 07
    byte 01
    Disable Bit 5

    Select STG 42 (driver Türelektr.)
STG long coding -> function 07
    byte 01
    Disable Bit 5

but no helpful explanations anwhere of how to do this. Anyong give a step-by-step guide?
