550cc will be fine for 300bhp (they will be fine till about 335bhp) although 650cc's will give you the chance if you want more bhp later
The deatschwerks one's I do are a very popular injector and direct fit for the Mk4 1.8t

The engine is out of a seat Leon cupra R, engine code AMK so it runs same injectors as the BAM engine.
Think they are 380cc.

if you could find out what power the leon can be mapped to on standard injectors then you will have a ballpark figure. or just google"fuel injector flow rate v bhp" that should come up with some info for you.
