Depends on your budget.
Also you may want to think about a seperate 4 channel amp.
But if you are happy with the HU then you could also look at Alpine speakers.
TBH unless you amp the system any of the middle price speakers will do you.

Same as Len says really.....

A 4ch amp can be bought off Ebay for not much. It really will make such a big difference to the speakers. Then buy some comp's for front and rear (dont have to be that expensive, £200 will cover the cost for front and rears)  I would say for a total of £250 you can have your car sounding amazing without the use for subs!  If ever installation is of any troubles then please let me know as I will do it for free........I am in the building trade but off work at present and am very bored so anything to keep me busy!

Hi I was just browsing through here and saw this thread my question is which component speaker will fit in the golf mk3 door pannels, or would I have to do some cutting in order to make them fit?
also does anyone know of a combo which can fit the tweeter in the original dash position and the tweeters of the original rear doors?

6.5" in the doors and 4" in the dash. A decent set of comps at the front will greatly improve things.
