I've used Silver Hammerite in the past, give the Disc centre a quick sand and then paint.  Planning to paint my Calipers in the next couple of weeks using Hammerite (Brush on), although in Gloss Black.  Hammerite always works for me, not sure about the colour match though?

Hammerite will suffice to a point for a road car, but I learnt the hard way that hammerite + spirited road drive / track = hammerite on fire / burnt paint all over the calipers, wheel inners etc...

I've tried loads of different paints on the hubs and all have failed due to heat at some point or other, best I've found up till now for a silver finish is 'VHT' brand high temp aluminium, for black it's BBQ paint

'Foliatec' red caliper paint is a VERY close match to the VW OE painted red finish, touched mine up a few times

Also, if you're due a disc swap I can recommend the Brembo OE equivalent discs with the UV painted finish on the hubs (dark grey metallic finish), seems very durable, looks great and shouldn't need repainting for a good while if at all...

Ive used this on my hubs, seems to be fine had it on for a few months and still looks good, also had the discs glowing red and it nothing happened to the paid, is rated to 650c.

As mentioned before, I wired brushed, then rough sand then smooth wet and dry, applied this a 1 inch brush 2-3 thin coats.
