They gave it a 'full valet' - I told them just to do what was needed to get it on the road. I wish now I explicitly said, do not wash it under any circumstances!
My advise to anyone would be to get a detailer in to apply a protection detail as soon as you can after collecting. I'd done about 200 miles before I let Stuart at it.
