mk5 stereo upgrade question/advice needed!

Hi

I'm a new owner, just bought a mk5 and want to upgrade the standard stereo to something with Bluetooth and ideally sat nav.
Firstly, how hard is it to remove and then fit an aftermarket one?! I don't have steering wheel controls so I guess that makes things a bit easier!

Secondly is anyone running a Kenwood DDX-4023BT Double DIN? I may be reading the spec wrong but it looks as if I can mirror the sat nav from an Iphone 5 on the display?

Any luck mate? I'm thinking of getting one, that looks a good buy,
The mirror thing only works with Samsung and Nokia drive app I believe,
