Electrical wizardry / traction control - abs
« on: 29 June 2013, 19:46 »
Ok I have a little problem as I'm hoping it will be solved as easy as I'm thinking but just want a few not e opinions

The project is a arz so no traction control but the Ecu I'm putting on it as its already mapped is from a aum so has traction control

This means when I get it sorted and start driving it I won't be able turn it off as I don't have a button! Which we can't have because A - TC sucks and B I have put on a cupra r rack which messes it up and kicks in the abs

I'm plannin on getting it totally mapped on when I get my map tweeked in a couple of month but need a temp solution

Am I right in thinkin that if I unplug the abs sensors then the traction control won't work??

I know my abs won't work either but I'm ok with that

Any ideas?

Cheers lads
