Lower egt's too! If you can, try and get hold of a brand new oem manifold and send it off to badger 5 for porting. It'll minimise the amount of time your cars off the road. Also if you take your manifold off and it's cracked, having a new one allready there will avoid dramas!

Do you have an uprated filter and a silicone TIP (turbo intake pipe)?

If you have a panel filter it will be quieter....try swapping to a cone type, if you dont have a silicone TIP then get one....the whistle that comes with it is
Will always love my mk4 but she had to go...225 Quattro TT in its place....but its still black (she lives on in spirit!)

I've just put a badger 5 ported manifold on and made a surprisingly big difference in performance and it hasn't even had the map tweaked yet.

Deffo worth doing if your going stage 2+
