quick way to do rear top mounts

my mk3 is slammed just wanting to replace the rubbers got sum febi gear

just wandered can I undo em inside jack the rear and swap em and put it back down

is this a quick way if it is on its arse

Yes you can do it that way with coilovers but will need to drop both sides as the same time so you will need to support the rear beam from dropping down to far.
