Heater control bulb

Hi all just changed the bulb and the centre dial is bright green a normal but two outer ones are hardly lighting up.
The bulb was 2.3 watts is that bright enough or did i get the wrong bulb.
The cost of living is going up and the chance of living is going down

Hi mate, yes you got the wrong bulb.... standard is 12V 1.2W not 2.3/2.4. So could we be the reason for the middle lighting up like a christmas tree and comparatively little on the outer ones.

The only other reason would be that you haven't replaced the "spider" properly....
