i know with the k03s (which is what i have) the turbo outlet is 2.5 and the throttle body is on the agu too so might aswell stick witha  2.5

Agreed! Anything smaller will be restrictive. 

Think I read that even at 2.5 you will be restricted to 210.

look at pipework on 500+ bhp evos etc, still 2.5"

Having doubts about the 2 1/4 size now  it says good upto 350 though

On that turbo 2" would be fine.

After reading 'Forced induction performance tuning'. It says run 2" pipe for output around 255hp and 2.25" for 345hp. But every 90 deg bend loses 5% power. Now i'm not aiming for anything near 300 so would 2" be ok?

 I run 2.25"(57mm pipe. I asked this question a while ago.
