I got stopped by cops last night because of my Dubmiester pressed plates. Apparently I have an attitude problem because I pointed out the BS mark on them making them road legal and also wouldn't tell him what I was employed as - I have no idea what my job has to do with a reg plate  :undecided:

another vote for dubmeister, really nice quality and all importantly legal plates.
i was stopped twice by your normal town copper with my old german stlye and german font plates and they never picked them up, one even looked at them up close and mentioned the 'D' but nothing. then the fateful day came when a traffic officer clocked them and that was the end of them. they said the normal town coppers dont know every part of the law hence they miss things like number plates.

rough idea of what your number plates need to conform to http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/PersonalisedRegAndNumberPlates/DG_181503
