all done, ill post pics when i get home on saturday ss im on my phone now. powerflex bushes look a better design over the superpro, i fitted the superpro`s though. old bushes come out very easy using a blowtorch and hammer. rear wishbone bushes went in by me standing on them and a bit of a jump. front bushes where harder as they kept slipping. i used a long bolt and 2 washers in the end and wound them in.

i can, however my bushes were very worn an ripped in places. dare i say you would do just aswell fitting Oem parts but perhaps TT lower arm rear bushes. aslong as your using genuine parts and not pattern. The Oem bushes seem to last 100k so they are upto the job. the superpro have 3year warrenty however id expect them to last alot longer than that.

I don't use any bushes on the front of my car except for steering rack (super pro)

I have used super pro everywhere before and it was a good improvement over standard - reduced the 'play'

Ok so here are my pics, Sorry some are missing I forgot to take pics half way through.

few ramdon shots

you can clearly see how ruined my bushes are, Lots of noise going over bumps and
breaking!

wishbone on the bench waiting for the old bushes to be cut out,

I used a blow torch to burn the bush out the knock the metal liner out of the rear, The front just fell out.

new bushes in and arms back on the car

Rear bush went in easy, I placed the arm on the floor and placed the bush on the hole and stood on it,
It just popped in.
The front was a pain. I tried a G clamp but it kept slipping so I used an old head bolt
and two large washers to wind the bush in.

Overall its made a huge difference. The car feels firmer over bumps and seems to hold the road better.
You can feel more road vibration when traveling on a bad surface other wise its not noticable.
You may notice more virbation on lowered cars. These were fitted to my boring 2.0 gti which
is on standard suspension

Heres a pic of the powerflex bushes I also bought

I wish I had a pic of both makes side by side, Notice the larger diameter on one side. The superpro doesnt have this
The powerflex seem better made of a better material.
I used the superpro due to cost, Ive returned the powerflex bushes.

The crush tube on the superpro is also alot thicker than the powerflex.
