Ok let's say its a hot summers day and your on some little twisties, going uphill, 2nd gear, national speed limit. You accelerate, go round a corner, accelerate, go round a corner, accelerate, go round a corner ...  And so on
Haven't broke the speed limit once, take a lot at your exhaust manifold and take a feel at your inlet.

With a smic the intercooler will be red hot with the fmic it won't... Simple as tht

There is nothing wrong with over engineering.

Under engineering on the other hand is a bodge and bad for the car.

Full stop

Got to admit...a SMIC is never going to give prolonged cooling abilities that are needed for a stage 2 or probably even stage 1 motor.

If this company was so good.....surely we would hear a lot more of them right?

Sorry but I'm pretty sure I said specialise.
Anyone who knows how to map a car can get a bit more power but doesn't mean they know that specific engine and its little secrets

Also everyone know its not about "power at high rpm" it's about the curve!

My 2ps wotlrtg

I hit 225bhp up at R-Tech with an uprated side mount but that was the limit. I could probably have got more with a front mount too. They suffer massively from heat soak tucked away down there
