hmm wont be much hassle really if its just a case of getting the immobiliser removed and plugging it in?

unless you can pick up an AUQ ecu for mega cheap would be more worth while having a remap and 20ish more horses.

fairly sure its just a case of sorting the immobilizer either removing or adapting to work with current speedo cluster & keys.

hi mate thing is a bought a conversion and me bein a fool never checked the ecu number, when i came to fit it its a ecu off a 1.8 non turbo and the fella who sold me the conversion is being a right pr**k about it all saying im trying to give him my old ecu ect ect when he genuinly gave me the wrong one, so im going to have to buy a aum ecu either way so just thought i may aswell buy the auq one and have the extra 30 horses already there as i will be keeping it standard for a while before i get it remapped ect, so would i be able to programme a auq into my clocks and key and everything? was goin to just get the immob removed but if i can get it set up properly with immob working id much rather do that

Depends, you looking at getting a map further down the line?

If so go which ever one is cheaper. I believe they are the same ECU (bosch 7.5), but don't take my word for it, during the span of the AGU there was like 12 revisions

I asked this a little while ago and the ecu is still available to me surelly it would just be a case of matching it up with the clocks and keys ?
