Lowering/Arb issues - not the usual
« on: 28 May 2012, 20:34 »
Hi all, ive seen a set of anni springs in the for sale section. It says -30mm over standard. Now im aware that if you lower a mk4 40mm or more the driveshaft catches the arb. So does this mean if an anniversary was lowered 10mm it would catch? Or am i way off?
i think i love you.....

It will be fine, you only get problems when you go down past 40mm drop

your logics right. but it usually catches when going lower than 50mm, a 40mm drop shouldnt be a problem.

would the above droplinks stop the driveshaft catching the arb if u lower more than 40mm?
or must the anti roll bar be changed aswell?
