You remove the headlining - not difficult, but just need to remove visors, grab bars and pillar trims first before taking it out. Un couple the electric motor and the four drain pipes. Finally there are about 8 bolts that hold it attached to the roof. Once these are removed it should pretty much drop out - I did it on my own but easier with an extra pair of hands - if nothing else they can admire what a great job you've done. Then its just a case of putting the new one in.
