Anyone tried using above, if so how good is it and is it easy to use??

My nephew sent over link from states if i knew more about how to use it, set timing up for my water inj.

Yes used it, it's a little ltd and only adjusts the adaption channels. You can increase a number of things 14 in total main ones are timing and rpm limit, has idle speeds etc etc. timing wise it adds / subtracts timing across the whole map rather than specific points like a remap would do. But good if you says add an fmic as you can a few degrees timing to make sure of cooler iats. Worth playing with and can be used with cheap eBay cable but it's not a substitute for a remap, I'd suggest it's best for using if you've had a remap and add a few upgrades and want to get a little more I guess you can call it a 1.5 remap if you have a stage 1

im not sure if unisettings only works with unitronic software. either way you need to be confident in your datalogging skills before messing with engine adaptation channels!
