Ball park figure

I've just aquired an A3 1.8t by accident and thought i'd look into the costs of a transplant into the wifes mk3 8v..Before I even consider it anyone have a ball park cost to have the conversion carried out (based on everything on the A3 being spot on) and know anyone in hampshire who can undertake the work...
