I'd say its unlikely the TB, doesn't seem TB related, if anything I'd check:

Fuses (internal and on battery)
Cable to starter is in all good health
Cable to battery
Battery is charges

clicking sounds more like the starter solenoid hasnt enough power, try a jump start?
