what spark plug does r-tec reconmmend?

i've heard mentioned nology silver. searched on ukmivks and only posts on there were dissing them saying theyre crap and everyone lost power :s

My ARZ runs fine on the 6Q's but might try the colder 7Q's next time there due a change

I'm using NGK PFR7Q's mines mapped aum with meth inj, no probs at all £7.50 for 4.
