Plastic arch liners

As above, is anybody running with out them, or had to cut them because of rubbing?

Would have thought it would be a bad idea to remove them completly water and crud would go every where.ive heated them up on other cars ive had and remoulded them using a heat gun to stop rubbing issues.

That's just it, I don't want to remove them because of all the crap that will go up there, but haven't got a heat gun, will uve to get one.

Did you have any probs with paint peel after tho?

how low are you to cause rubbing as im down all the way on my coilies and no probs at all


 i drive a golf thats why im skint!!!!

does anyone know off hand a ball point mark for these from the stealers!? my front two are starting to look at bit worse for wear  :lipsrsealed:

ive only ever heated the inner edges and backs if you like of the plastic liners to stop rubbing on inside edges of tyres, dont heat up anything near your paint work for god sake!

hazard a guess £25 each side  :undecided:

Will have to measure it tomorrow. It's on the outter edges I'm having the problems, and it's not even all the way down on the front yet. The backs only rub on hard cornering.  :sad:

I won't be heating by any paint that's for sure. Lol
