I don't really know as I try to keep general costs down, probably average about £40-50 a week.

£60 eating fresh fruit and meat, no frozen or tinned stuff! Includes domestic stuff too.
Farm shops rock!

At one point I was doing £100 a week. (body building) Plus £10 a day at work.
Now it's more like £60 for 2 adults but I spend another £25 a week at work.

Me and the missus use between 35-60 a week on food shopping. More when I was on protein and supplements for gym purposes.

Depending on if I eat lunch near work or make a lunch at home, 30-50£ for just me. That includes other bits and bobs picked up like washing stuff, lightbulbs, whatever else is needed.
